Job Overview
As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and face. What you’ll do

Perform surgical procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Utilize medical imaging and dental fabrication techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Maintain meticulous medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement aseptic techniques and infection control practices to ensure patient safety during procedures.
Collaborate with pediatric dentistry specialists to provide comprehensive care for younger patients.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-operative care to promote recovery.
Stay updated on advancements in oral surgery and dental terminology to enhance patient care.

Basic qualifications

Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to oral health.
Proficient in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for efficient practice management.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in four-handed dentistry and general dentistry practices.
Familiarity with endodontics and infection control protocols.
Previous experience working in a dental clinic or office setting.
