Westchester Pediatric Dentistry, a private practice in Westchester/Playa Del Rey, Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in strategic planning, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care while fostering a positive, efficient, team-oriented environment.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)

Pay & Benefits

$35-$40/hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth workflow
Manage and support a team of 8 staff members
Lead with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
Monitor scheduling, billing, and collections
Track office production and implement systems for efficiency and success
Collaborate closely with the doctor to achieve practice goals
Handle HR-related tasks including onboarding, performance reviews, and staff meetings
Utilize Eaglesoft software for practice management and reporting

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of dental office experience with proven managerial skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
Tech-savvy with solid computer skills
Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently
Demonstrated success in leading a team toward operational and financial goals
