Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry, as well as specialized skills in areas such as endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality treatment in a professional and patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using advanced clinical techniques.
Perform dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and explain procedures clearly to patients.
Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation tools to ensure accurate records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards throughout all procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other electronic health record systems.
Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures to promote long-term wellness.
Adhere to all safety protocols related to medical imaging, dental fabrication, and infection control.

Requirements

Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice dentistry.
Proven experience in general dentistry; experience with pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is preferred.
Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols.
Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment planning and communication.
Experience working within a dental clinic or office environment is preferred.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional dental care within a supportive team environment dedicated to improving patients’ oral health outcomes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $117,025.41 per year
