Dental Receptionist – Full Training Provided

We are seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join our private dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will help keep our front desk running smoothly. We provide full on-the-job training, including insurance verification and dental office systems.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Schedule/confirm appointments and manage multi-line phones
Verify insurance and assist with billing and payments (training provided)
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with intake paperwork
Support administrative tasks: filing, data entry, documentation review
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

Strong communication and professional phone etiquette
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, typing)
Prior office or healthcare experience helpful but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
