We are seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing family based dental practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and comfortable providing a 5-star patient experience from the front desk.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, answer phones, and manage the front desk with a positive attitude
Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and optimize the provider schedule
Check patients in/out and verify dental insurance benefits
Collect payments, post charges, and maintain accurate financial records
Enter and update patient information in Softdent (experience preferred)
Coordinate treatment plans, referrals, and patient communication

Requirements

Prior dental office or healthcare reception experience preferred
Working knowledge of Softdent a plus
Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
