We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to help oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff and clients.

Duties

Greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
Oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Assist in event planning for company meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
Provide administrative support to senior management and staff as needed.
Maintain an organized office environment by managing office supplies and equipment.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office space.

Qualifications

Must have experience in a dental office.
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Strong clerical skills with proficiency in filing systems and document management.
Experience with vendor management and maintaining supplier relationships is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.
Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software applications.
