We are a patient-centered and fast-growing dental practice seeking a professional, reliable, and bilingual Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and has the experience to handle a busy dental front office.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet, check in, and check out patients
Answer phones, manage schedules, and confirm appointments
Verify dental insurance and assist with billing/claims
Present treatment plans and financial estimates
Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with clinical staff
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the front office running efficiently

Required Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish/English (must)
Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience
Dentrix experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
