Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our Dental Office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position requires strong communication skills and dental terminology. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, checking eligibility and maintaining accurate records.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm appointments using Open Dental.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Verify insurance information and perform insurance verification for patients.
Collect payments and manage medical collections as needed.
Utilize google docs and sheets for various office management tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental office.
Understanding of dental terminology.
Strong computer skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
