Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half day)

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities available

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. This individual will be the face of the practice, responsible for patient check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, treatment presentation, and more. The ideal candidate is a people-person who is highly organized and motivated to provide exceptional service. They will work hand in hand with our office manager. Fun environment in a great neighborhood!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments using Fuse software
Present treatment plans and coordinate financial arrangements
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit and track insurance claims
Follow up on patient balances and treatment acceptance
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure optimal patient experience

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience (required)
Knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans and billing
Experience with Fuse dental software is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
