Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a background dental office management and possess strong financial and human resources skills.

Duties:
- Manage office staff and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and financial management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain office records and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:
- Prior experience with dental management software preferred
- Knowledge of dental office operations
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
