About the Role

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the key liaison between our patients and clinical team, helping patients understand and navigate life-changing full arch implant procedures. Your ability to communicate, educate, and support patients through their treatment journey is essential.

Responsibilities

Consult with patients interested in full arch dental implants
Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity
Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and payment plans
Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain a high treatment acceptance rate through relationship-building and education
Collaborate closely with doctors and surgical staff to ensure seamless patient care

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
Hands-on experience with full arch/All-on-X implant cases
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and financing options
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Empathy-driven approach with a consultative sales mindset
Familiarity with Open Dental software
