About the Role

The Dental Hygienist is an essential part of our clinical team, dedicated to delivering outstanding preventive care and creating an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care (prophy, SRP, and maintenance)
Performing periodontal charting and assessments
Educating patients on oral health and preventive care
Taking and evaluating digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Assisting the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planning
Following OSHA and infection-control protocols
Supporting a positive and collaborative office environment

Qualifications

Current Illinois Dental Hygiene License
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded
Passionate about dentistry and helping patients smile
