Location: Bethesda, MD

Position: Full-Time (Preferred) or Part-Time

Pay: $110,000–$135,000/year

Who We Are

Bethesda Dental Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a warm, energetic, and caring Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team! We’re a modern, friendly office where patients AND team members feel at home. We have other hygienists and a Periodontist on staff because we take hygiene very seriously. If you love building relationships, providing exceptional care, and working in a positive environment, you’ll fit right in with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing gentle and thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planning

- Performing periodontal charting and helping patients understand their gum health

- Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting

- Educating patients so they feel confident in their oral hygiene

- Applying fluoride, sealants, and preventive treatments

- Keeping your room neat, clean, and welcoming

- Working closely with a supportive team that loves what they do

What We’re Looking For

- Active Maryland Dental Hygiene License

- Active Maryland X-ray Certification

- Anesthesia certification is a plus (but not required)

- Someone who is kind, reliable, and a great communicator

- A team player who genuinely cares about patients and coworkers
