We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Insurance Coordinator to ensure our patients have the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments.

- Verify patient dental insurance benefits prior to appointments and update patient records accordingly.

- Accurately submit insurance claims electronically with proper attachments and narratives.

- Track, follow up, and appeal unpaid or denied claims in a timely manner.

- Post insurance payments and adjustments to patient accounts.

- Communicate clearly with patients regarding insurance coverage, co-pays, and out-of-pocket responsibilities.

- Maintain detailed documentation of all insurance correspondence.

- Work closely with the front desk team to ensure accurate scheduling and financial arrangements.

- Keep current with insurance regulations and policies affecting dental claims.

- Provide support in answering phones, scheduling, and greeting patients when needed.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the schedule for efficiency.

- Verify and process insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.

- Prior experience in a dental front office setting is required.

- Proficiency with dental software Eaglesoft is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
