Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and the clinical team, managing patient scheduling, treatment plans, insurance verification, and medical documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient flow.
Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing.
Review and update patient dental records
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits via phone and in person.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and ensuring confidentiality.
Manage front desk duties such as answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and managing patient intake processes.
Provide exceptional patient service by demonstrating professional phone etiquette, caring attitude, and efficient office management skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and data entry.
Experience in customer service or front desk roles within healthcare environments will be considered an asset. Pay: $25.41 - $33.01 per hour
