We are seeking a patient scheduler to join our team! We are looking for a professional, friendly, and service oriented dental receptionist to work 4 days a week. Knowledgeable with dental terminology, tooth numbers, and procedures is a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities include, answering multi-phone lines, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and collecting/setting financial payments. Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming patients
Creating connections with each person that walks in the door
Answering phones
Checking patients in and collecting information such as health history, insurance, etc.
Collecting patient portions for treatment and manage AR's
Scheduling appointments
Confirmation calls for appointments
Creating an exceptional experience for our patients
Utilize Dentrix Ascend practice software
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Ability to work well with others
Ability to create relationships with patients and team members
Previous experience in dental office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable using a computer/technology
A customer service mindset
