Webster Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is looking for a Full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Dover, DE. The hygienist we hire will provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at Webster Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (8:00-5:00) & Friday (8:00-1:00)

Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
