Our 5 star one Dr. dental practice is searching for an enthusiastic people person to join our front office team. We are in Lynnwood close to the Alderwood Mall. Our patient hours are Mon-Thurs 7-3:30.

Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, technically savvy, great on the phone, skilled in greeting patients and creating relationships.

Dental Experience is preferred. We have a fantastic team and competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Assist with payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documents and managing office supplies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

This position requires a high level of professionalism, as the dental receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is essential. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
