Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental office
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of dental software and insurance coordination preferred
Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and paperwork
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries
Process payments and coordinate financial agreements
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front-office flow
