Associate Dentist (Pediatric, Orthodontic, or General)

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist—Pediatric Dentist, Orthodontist, or General Dentist—to join our growing practice. What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive dental care based on your specialty (pediatric, orthodontic, or general dentistry)
Deliver a high standard of clinical care with a strong focus on patient experience
Educate patients and families on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure efficient, high-quality workflows
Maintain a compassionate, professional approach with patients of all ages

What We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD with an active state dental license
Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry or Orthodontics or strong clinical experience in general dentistry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to ethical, patient-first dentistry
A growth mindset and desire to be part of a long-term team

Compensation & Benefits

35–40% of collections
Earning potential: $250,000 – $500,000+ annually (based on production and experience)
