Sea Country Dental – Full-Time Treatment Coordinator (Laguna Niguel)
Join our growing dental team! Sea Country Dental in Laguna Niguel is seeking a mature, friendly, and professional Treatment Coordinator to support our busy, multi-doctor practice. With 3 doctors and 4 hygienists, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional patient care.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette. Prior dental treatment coordinating experience is strongly preferred, especially with HMO and PPO insurance.

Primary Responsibilities

· Schedule and confirm patient appointments

· Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients

· Verify and maximize patient insurance benefits

· Process insurance billing and manage claims

· Maintain productive daily schedules for providers

· Support front office operations as needed

Schedule

· Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Some Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation
