We are a busy, four-doctor dental practice in a fantastic location, looking to hire a full-time, experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic clinical team.

Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care in general dentistry, including restorative, endodontic, implant dentistry, and oral surgery procedures. We also offer clear aligner therapy, digital scan dentistry, and more.

As part of our modern, patient-focused practice, you will be a vital part of delivering exceptional care and ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well-cared-for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including restorative, surgical, and endodontic treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Take digital x-rays and intraoral scans as needed.
Educate patients by providing post-operative instructions and oral hygiene guidance.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting, including documenting procedures and materials used.
Ensure inventory is stocked and organized, and notify the team when supplies need to be ordered.
Collaborate with the front desk and clinical team to promote seamless patient flow and scheduling.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a dental assistant, with strong clinical skills and confidence in assisting with a variety of procedures.
Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols.
Familiarity with dental software systems, taking digital x-rays, and charting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
