Schedule:

Monday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays at our Forest Hills office

We’re expanding and looking for a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator who’s reliable, friendly, and motivated to provide excellent customer service. This role has potential to become full-time as our practice grows.

What You’ll Do

Greet patients and create a welcoming front office atmosphere
Answer and manage phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify and process dental insurance claims
Assist patients with treatment plans and payment coordination
Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
