Front Desk Team members are a huge part of giving our patients a wonderful experience from beginning to end, greeting patients with a friendly & warm smile and with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Strive to provide a superior patient experience
Check out patients
Calculate co-payments and present treatment plan
Educate the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options, including third-party patient financing
Answer and screen incoming phone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments for Doctors and Hygienists
Act as a liaison between the Patient and the Doctor
Collect and post patient payments
Follow-up as needed with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and other duties as assigned

Ability to communicate with patients, answer patient concerns and questions
Versed in dental terminologies and procedures
Understanding and compliance of HIPAA and OSHA & CDC Guidelines

Previous dental background and customer service experience is a MUST. Experience with the Dentrix and being bilingual are a plus.
