Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SolidWorks Account Manager to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
Engage in proactive outreach through warm calling, networking, and industry events to connect with potential clients.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and present customized SolidWorks solutions that meet their engineering and design needs.
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that highlight product features and benefits to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline progress, and analyze account performance metrics.
Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, technical assistance, and training as needed.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or engineering software solutions such as SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while fostering long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Business development expertise with a focus on identifying opportunities and expanding market share.
