Fielder Park Dental is a full-service dental practice in Arlington, TX. We are looking for a high energy person who loves to help patients with their overall dental needs to join our team and share the same vision for growth. Our practice is a multiple dentist practice with an organized fast-paced flow.

Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate would be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care. Our goal is for our patients to feel special and to make office procedures run as smoothly as possible. Registered Dental Assistants focus is to assist the doctor and team and make the patient feel at ease while they are in the office by doing some of the following:

Responsibilities:

Supporting the dentist and hygienist during various dental procedures
Setting up and cleaning treatment rooms, as well as sterilizing instruments
Performing tasks like taking X-rays and assisting with periodic charting
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in the dental office in the clinical area
RDA License
X-ray Experience
CPR

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 36-38 hours per week
