Job Description

Doctor Scheduling & Hygiene Scheduling
Confirmation Calls
Receptionist Duties
Researching Dental Insurance
Treatment Coordination
Communicating with Patients about Insurance and Financial Obligations
Patient Recall
Collect Patient Copayments & Balances
Electronic Dental Billing

Experience

One year of knowledge and experience working in a dental office setting preferred
Excellent telephone and communication skills. Must be polite and helpful at all times
Comfortable discussing patient copayments & collecting money
Experience in sales or financial services helpful
Exceptional attendance and punctuality
Eaglesoft Dental Software helpful
