Registered Dental Assistant & Claim Coordinator

We are a General Practice Dentistry located in Round Rock, Cedar Park and Austin, TX and would like to add a Registered Dental Assistant that also has experience with Claims/Front operations in a General Dental Practice. We work all kinds of procedures including, Bridges, Crowns, Dentures, Extractions, Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Implants and much more. Looking for an RDA currently working and also or very much interested in learning Front office tasks including verifying Insurance, Billing, Processing Claims and sending billing statements. Need to be career oriented and motivated to grow with the group for multiple roles with a smile on carry on approach towards dentistry.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and setup treatment rooms.
Greet patients and coordinate for treatment.
Record patient’s dental, medical and well-being history.
Perform dental diagnostic x-rays.
Assist Dentists on the amazing smile creation process.
Provide Post-Op procedures to patients.
Sterilize instruments and implement compliance procedures.
Perform inventory and update staff for material orders.
Motivated to work in fast paced setup.
Gentle and caring with patients of all aged groups.
Be inquisitive to learn, grow and part of the team.

Qualifications:

TX Board Certified Dental Assistant
X-Ray License
CPR Certification
Basic minimum Computer skills
Minimum 2 years of experience
Effective communication in English
Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a winner
Willingness to be cross trained for the front office & claim coordinator as needed
