Compensation: $200,000 annually

JOB DESCRIPTION

All About Dentistry – Burnsville is seeking a purpose-driven Associate Dentist to join our

growing private practice. We are a community-focused dental office committed to

compassionate, high-quality care, clinical autonomy, and long-term professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dental care

Perform restorative, preventive, and emergency dental procedures

Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with clinical and front office teams

Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards

QUALIFICATIONS

DDS or DMD licensed in the state of Minnesota

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented and patient-focused approach

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$200,000 salaried position
