We’re looking for an Insurance Coordinator who loves solving problems, helping patients maximize their benefits, and keeping the financial side of care simple and transparent.

What You’ll Do

Verify and update insurance information accurately for each patient
Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
Review EOBs, process payments, and reconcile accounts
Communicate clearly with patients about coverage, co-pays, and balances
Partner with the scheduling and treatment coordination team to ensure a seamless experience
Support the front office with check-in/check-out when needed

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in dental insurance coordination or billing (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance claim processes
A friendly, professional presence that builds trust with patients

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
