Join Our Team as a Dynamic Dental Receptionist!

Are you a cheerful, professional individual with a passion for exceptional patient care? We're looking for a full-time receptionist to become a valued member of our dental office in beautiful Laguna Niguel.

Key Requirements:

Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with our dedicated team to provide outstanding service.
Organizational Skills: Maintain order and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Phone Etiquette: Communicate courteously and effectively with patients and callers.
Dental Background: Previous experience in the dental field is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

Warmly welcoming and checking in patients with a smile.
Managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Regularly checking and responding to voicemail messages.
Assisting patients in updating their health histories and insurance information.
Ensuring accurate patient records and contact details are maintained.
Keeping the reception area clean and presentable.
Confirming reserved appointment times and managing the schedule.
Preparing charts for the next business day and organizing files.

Hours & Compensation:

Schedule: Approximately Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hourly Rate: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
