We are a respected, growing periodontics practice seeking an experienced Treatment Consultant to work closely with our periodontists on advanced implant and periodontal cases. Responsibilities

Work side-by-side with periodontists on implant and periodontal cases
Sit in on patient treatment consultations with the doctors
Communicate with referring dentists, including letters and case coordination
Serve as a primary point of contact for patients before and during treatment
Manage patient follow-up and help guide patients through their care

This is not a front desk position.
Your primary role is to support the periodontists and ensure our patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their treatment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of treatment coordinator
Implant experience required — strong understanding of implant procedures and the ability to explain treatment steps clearly and simply to patients
Preference given to applicants with dental assisting experience
Excellent communication and organization skills
Must live within 30 minutes of Murfreesboro
Availability to work full-time, Tuesday–Friday (36 hours per week)

Compensation & Benefits

$22–$26 per hour, based on experience
