We are a growing, patient- focused pediatric dental practice dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. Our team is war, energetic and committed to delivering exceptional care in a fun, welcoming environment. We are looking for a treatment and billing coordinator who can bring professionalism, accuracy, and compassion to our front office team.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Confirm appointments and manage any changes or cancellations.
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address inquiries, and handle appointment bookings and rescheduling.
Records Management: Accurately enter and update patient information in our database. Maintain organized and current patient records.
Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance details and assist with any related questions or concerns.
Office Coordination: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the office.
Relationship coordinator with our referring office and community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
