A well-established and respected family dental practice is looking to add a full-time dental assistant to our team. Our ideal candidate is experienced in chairside assisting and self-driven. We are seeking a kind individual with strong work ethic and good communication skills. This person is looking for a long-term "job home".

Eaglesoft knowledge preferable.
Compensation based on ability level and certifications. Bonuses and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as mixing materials and pouring impressions
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records

Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft software a plus

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to work well with a team. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to provide quality dental care to patients and find long-term job fulfillment.
