As a Patient Services Coordinator, you’ll create the Renovo Experience for our patients and referring offices through service excellence, thought leadership and expertise while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity. · Ability to communicate and interact with patients to build an inclusive patient experience

As a Patient Services Coordinator, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

· Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the patient service experience by delivering the service standard.

· Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting patients

· Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

· Work in safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices

Essential Responsibilities:

Greet and direct patients and visitors
Check patients in at the front reception desk
Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule/confirm patient appointments
Perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. patient charts, referrals, appointment cards, welcome packets, and treatment plan forms)
Collect co-payments and past-due balances on date of service
Present financial policies and arrangements to patients
Facilitate effective patient flow in conjunction with the clinical team
Identify, reference, and apply insurance coverage and billing
Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and confidentiality policies at all times
Other duties as assigned

May be required to work flexible hours and overtime during peak hours.

Some independent judgment is required, but alternatives are limited by standard practices or procedures

Education and Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

· Previous dental or customer service experience preferred

Position Type

Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour with a competitive annual bonus. Total Pay is commensurate with experience and overall performance.
