Patient Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to become an essential member of our office. At our establishment, we prioritize patient comfort and provide the highest level of care. If you excel in attention to detail, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we want you on our team! We are a PPO only office. This individual will consult with our patients and answer their concerns regarding dental treatment and payment options. Our candidate must be friendly, service oriented, able to multi-task, and reliable all while being able to focus on obtaining a high percentage of treatment acceptance from patients.

Essential Duties (but not limited to these only, must be a team player and help the front office where needed)

- Educate and discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients and collect patient payments

- Be knowledgeable in various insurance plans, exclusions and limitations

-Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits

- Batch and submit to insurance if necessary

- Manage treatment reports and track outstanding treatment plans

- Greet, check in and check out patients, answer phones and perform other duties assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years dental front office experience
Familiarity with CDT codes
Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred)
Knowledge of PPO plans.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentially
Honesty and Integrity
Excellent communication skills
Team player and assisting team members

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
