Office Manager – Dental Clinic

Pine City Family Dental – Pine City, MN
Pay: $29–$34 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00-5; Fridays as needed (otherwise off)

Pine City Family Dental is seeking an experienced and people-focused Office Manager to lead our front office and support our growing dental team. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage our dental team
Approve time-off requests and timecards; make corrections as needed
Conduct 1:1 meetings and support employee development
Handle employee concerns, interoffice disputes, and review requests
Plan and manage staff schedules
Assist Patient Care Specialists with presenting treatment plans
Scrub and optimize clinical schedules
Answer phones and support front desk operations as needed
Handle escalated patient concerns professionally
Problem-solve clinical and scheduling challenges

Qualifications:

Experience managing a team of 8 or more employees (dental or healthcare preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
A good listener with a firm but fair management style
Solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
