We are a busy, four-doctor dental practice in a fantastic location, looking to hire a full-time, experienced Front Desk Patient Care Specialist.

Our practice is committed to providing high-quality care in general dentistry, including restorative, endodontic, implant dentistry, and oral surgery procedures. We also offer clear aligner therapy, digital scan dentistry, and more.

As part of our modern, patient-oriented practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to every patient you interact with, whether in person or over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor to create a positive first impression.

Manage phone calls efficiently by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls as needed.

Maintain and update patient records accurately to ensure seamless communication and documentation.

Coordinate with the clinical team to facilitate smooth patient flow and optimize appointment scheduling.

Process payments by collecting full balances at the time of service and assisting patients with financial arrangements.

Handle insurance claims by submitting claims, following up on inquiries, and assisting patients with billing questions.

Discuss treatment plans and fees with patients, providing clear explanations and answering any questions.

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience as a dental receptionist, with a strong background in front desk operations.

Ability to manage and maintain an efficient patient schedule, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Proficiency in dental practice management software and familiarity with digital scheduling systems.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and staff.

Knowledge of dental records management and best practices for maintaining accurate documentation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including handling emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
