Busy dental office with 4 operatories is seeking an experienced dental treatment coordinator that is professional, motivated, punctual, and a team player to join our team. Immediate opening!!

We are looking for a Receptionist/TC. Duties include but not limited to:

Answer clients' questions.
Schedule appointments.
Take and process payments.
Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records, basic accounting, and more).

Applicant MUST have dental experience.

MUST be able to SPEAK SPANISH

Duties:

- Treatment Coordinator

- Billing and Tracing

- Working on A/R Reports: aging report and sending out statements, tracing claims

- Scheduling Coordinator

- Insurance verification

- Generate treatment cost estimates and present treatment plans to patients.

- Positive attitude and a great charming personality.

- Responding to patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Dependable, responsible, and reliable.

- Have a smile in their face all the time.

- Capable of organizing and maintaining office files

- Computer skills, Easy Dental software knowledge is a plus.
