We are currently seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant who is friendly, organized, and motivated to provide an outstanding first impression for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival
Answer incoming calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
Create pre-estimates and submit insurance claims
Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a patient-focused mindset
Proficiency in Open Dental Practice Management Software
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front office setting required
