Connecticut Family Dental is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual-role position that supports both the front office and the clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

Morning – Front Office Support
Work closely with our scheduling coordinator to help ensure a smooth and productive day:

Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Check-in and check-out patients
Confirm upcoming appointments and verify insurance eligibility
Help fill same-day schedule openings
Assist in maintaining a flow of communication between patients and providers

Afternoon – Clinical Support
Support our dental assistants and doctors by being an extra set of hands and eyes in the back:

Assist with procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques
Stock and restock treatment rooms and supply areas
Maintain proper sterilization protocols and help with instrument processing
Support infection control routines and daily/weekly maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years dental experience (front office, clinical, or both)
X-ray certification preferred (but not required)
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to float between teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
