Full Job Description

We are a growing practice looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Receptionist who can run the office smoothly on daily basis, as well as help the office grow.

Responsibilities:

Dental office experience: 3 years (Required)
Practice management: 1 year (Preferred)
Treatment Coordination
Dental Insurance Billing (PPO and Medi-Cal)
Pre-authorization submission and follow up
Appealing Denials
Auditing
Perform administrative duties
Manage practice to ensure the integrity of patient records and patient information
Dentrix proficient
Weave application management
Strategic Planning and Business Development to help the office reach new heights
Daily office preparation
Put processes and work flows in place to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Insurance verification
Overseeing collections
Addressing aging report
Posting payments
Tracking incoming checks and e-payments on excel tracker

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift at least 3 days a week

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
