Johnston Dental Group is seeking a Part-Time Oral Surgeon to join our well-established, comfortable, and family-oriented practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work 2–3 days per week with a supportive, experienced clinical team in a modern setting.

Our practice is fully updated with the latest digital clinical and practice management technology and supported by a strong, knowledgeable staff. We are insurance-based (no Medicaid) and have a large, established patient base, with a consistent flow of new patients each month.

Johnston Dental Group currently has both Full-Time and Part-Time General Dentists, and the practice continues to grow—creating a strong referral base and steady surgical demand.

The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental. Plum is a group of 30+ practices in Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut that is owned by its founder dentists. Plum was founded with the goal of serving as a long-term home for excellent dentists to practice how they want, and to enjoy the financial and personal rewards of private practice, but with the support and stability of a larger, successful, and growing dentist-led organization.

Compensation/Benefits/Partnership

Collections-based salary with guaranteed minimum daily compensation for one year after joining the group. After just two years, there is the potential for equity ownership in both the practice and Plum for like-minded dentists that share our vision and values. We pay for malpractice insurance, CE courses, health/retirement benefits and more!
