Location: Glen Burnie Dental Group – Glen Burnie, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (no weekends)

Glen Burnie Dental Group is a large, multi-provider dental practice committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a professional and welcoming environment. We see over 150 patients a day and take pride in running an efficient, patient-focused operation. Our team values accuracy, integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental role.
Fluent in Spanish (required) – must be able to communicate clearly with patients and insurance representatives.
Strong understanding of dental insurance billing, CDT codes, pre-determinations, and EOBs.
Experience in Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred).
Knowledge of Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance plans.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset.
