Patient Coordinator - IVF/Fertility Clinic, Chinese mandarin required!!!
Bilingual IVF patient coordinator/surrogacy coordinator

Description

We are a fertility/IVF clinic in Orange County, California. We are passionate about helping patients grow their families. Currently, we are looking for 1-2 IVF patient coordinator.

We will provide basic training, but IVF/surrogacy/egg donation work experience is required.

The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, think fast, well organized and a good communicator. We will provide a warm and welcoming environment with excellent benefits.

Compensation: starting from $50,000

Principal Responsibilities:

Timely response to existing patients’ inquiries.
Coordinate and schedule appointments (including online/phone consultation or in person appointment) with the doctor.
Coordinate patients’ testing, lab results, treatment plans, cycle schedule, medications order, sometimes patients’ travel plan as well.
Maintain patient/couple medical records, including consents and authorizations.
Communicate with patients through the entire cycle, help English/Chinese translation between patients and medical team.
Coordinate with our internal team abroad.
Related duties as assigned.

Experience:

IVF patient coordination experience is highly preferred but not required, we will provide training.

Language:

Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Chinese (mandarin) is REQUIRED.
Please DO NOT apply if you are not fully fluent in Chinese Mandarin reading and writing.

Regular business hours Monday - Friday,

Some time at night is also required.
