We are a well-established, patient-centered dental practice seeking an experienced and dependable professional to help lead our front office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, understands dental insurance deeply, and enjoys supporting a team while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office flow and support team coordination
Insurance verification, claims submission, and AR follow-up
Patient financial conversations and payment arrangements
Support treatment acceptance processes and follow-up systems
Monitor schedule efficiency and production goals
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications:

Dental front office experience required (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and bring stability to a growing team
Able to work Monday through Thursday 7:20 am to 6 pm (3-4 Fridays per year with advance notice)
