Dental Arts of Bedford is growing, and we’re excited to add a Patient Services Representative to our welcoming, high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, and takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Patient Services Representative, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see and a key part of the patient experience. You’ll support daily front-office operations while working closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for.

Who We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a dental administrative role
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A positive, professional attitude and patient-first mindset
Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply! We value cross-training and team members who enjoy supporting the practice in multiple ways

Technology & Training

We use ORYX, a modern cloud-based dental software. You’ll receive access to structured training modules, with some onboarding training completed from home to help set you up for success.

Compensation & Growth

$25–$30/hour, based on experience

Enjoy a consistent 5-day workweek designed to support work–life balance:

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday Exeter: 8AM-5PM
Thursday Salem: 8AM-5PM
Friday Salem: 8AM-3PM
