We are a busy, multi-provider dental practice seeking a knowledgeable and confident Treatment Coordinator/ Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong dental assisting or RDA background, understands clinical workflow, and can clearly communicate treatment steps and financial details to patients. Key Responsibilities

· Present and explain treatment plans thoroughly, including sequencing, clinical steps, and expected outcomes.
· Accurately phase complex treatment plans, ensuring patients understand timing and required appointments.
· Review insurance benefits, frequency limitations, downgrades, and out-of-network coverage with patients.
· Provide clear financial breakdowns, including fees, estimated patient portions, and payment options.
· Work closely with multiple providers and understand each doctor’s treatment philosophy.
· Utilize Dentrix for treatment planning, chart navigation, insurance information, and scheduling.
· Coordinate implant, grafting, and All-on-4 treatment timelines (experience preferred).
· Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients to support case acceptance.
· Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow-up communication.
· Insurance verification for patient plans and coverage.
· Maintain AR (Accounts Receivable) report current and up-to-date.
· Post insurance and patient checks to accounts.
· Send insurance claims promptly and track payment status.

Qualifications

· RDA or Dental Assistant background required (RDA preferred).
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice.
· Strong understanding of PPO plans, coverage, and dental insurance guidelines.
· Proficiency with Dentrix required.
· Excellent communication and case presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment.
· Experience with implant and full-arch (All-on-4) treatment coordination preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
