We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Client Services Manager, overseeing client delivery operations and ensuring exceptional service outcomes across our entire client base.

The Role:

The Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s program of client deliverables, managing delivery resources, and ensuring consistent execution of company methodology across all client engagements. This role works to evaluate program effectiveness, improve operational productivity, and support the success of both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and experienced dental operations professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and continuously improve client delivery programs, systems, and service resources to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Lead and manage the client service team to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, and program progression.
Evaluate client performance metrics, operational data, and program effectiveness to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance client outcomes and support company growth.
Oversee development and implementation of client operational systems including HR infrastructure, training programs, performance tracking, and financial monitoring tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery departments to develop client content, resources, and service strategies.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives for client practices when needed.
Develop internal training programs and support professional development for delivery team members.
Coordinate and support client travel, onsite consulting, and major implementation initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in dental practice management, operations, analytics, or consulting.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, client relationships, and multi-project workflows.
Strong background in dental business operations including human resources, financial performance tracking, and operational metrics.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify performance trends, and develop actionable strategic solutions.
Experience developing or implementing systems related to staffing, onboarding, training programs, performance evaluations, and office policy development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and dental practice management software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to clients and leadership teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously.
Experience coaching or consulting with dental leadership teams is strongly preferred.
Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally while maintaining a client-focused mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for client consultations, training, and implementation support.
