Job Summary
Big Sky Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an energetic front desk receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, kid friendly environment! We are looking for the person who combines excellent communication skills with great customer service to provide both the children and their parents with a wonderful experience. If you are a team player who is upbeat and positive, and has a desire to join our dedicated team. Minimum of 3yrs of office experience required. Must have a minimum of 3 years of office experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including reviewing and updating information as necessary.
Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.
Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, filing documents, and handling office supplies.
Uphold a welcoming environment for patients by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff regarding procedures and treatments.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks, including documentation review and patient service protocols.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
A background in customer service is essential to ensure positive patient experiences.

This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of care expected in our facility while fostering an environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction.
